As a producer and actor in the independent film circuit, London Ganesh has built an impressive portfolio of work that bridges cultural narrativesbetween the UK and India. With roots in the United Kingdom’sfilm industry, she brings international production experience and a meticulous approach to project management. Nafisa oversees the company’s dailyoperations, coordinates production schedules, and manages all commercial aspects—from budget allocation to vendor negotiations.
Her cinematic background spans multiple UK-based film productions, where she developed expertise in balancing creative ambitions with practicalconstraints. At Sithara Films, Nafisa ensures that every project runs smoothly from pre-production through post-production, maintaining qualitystandards while meeting deadlines and budgets. Her keen eye for detail and commercial acumen make her an invaluable asset, providin theorganizational infrastructure that allows creative talent to flourish without logistical concerns.

Director
Ashok is an Indian film director, perhaps of the few immensely talented film makers from India. He tasted his success with Pilla Zamindar (PZ) featuring actor NANI in 2011, before which there were 4 films directed by him with one winning Nandi award. After PZ he directed the films – SUKUMARUDU (2013), CHITRANGADA (2017) and BHAAGAMATHIE(2018) featuring ANUSHKA SHETTY, which went on to break all records for womencentric theme. The film was also remade by him in Hindi titled “DURGAMATI – THE MYTH” featuring BHOOMI PEDNEKAR and backed by AKSHAY KUMAR.
After that he made a silent film “UFFF” as musical with A.R RAHMAN and Guru Randhawa’s debut film Kuch Khatta Ho Jaaye (KKH)) which are ready for release.
Ashok, an engineering graduate is multi talented having also worked as a child artist in 16 movies, choreographed over 200 songs. He has also learnt 13 different forms of Indian classical dancing that helped him understand the nuances of expressions. He learnt his Gnikannal in the UK, and has also worked for over 60 documentaries across Switzerland, Poland Germany and USA. Many of these won different awards.
